Holistic Consultants is a support service organization that provides individuals who have Developmental Disabilities access resources, transportation services, training, and family support. Our mission is to implement a person centered approach to each individual served by promoting independence, inclusivity, education, access to physical and mental health, support services within the community, and more importantly help clients to coordinate care, as well as overcome barriers and access to care. Ultimately, we are passionate about supporting people with I/DD to successfully thrive in the residences of their family members. Services are individualized to meet the needs of each individual and their family members, including cultural and linguistic needs.
